It's been 720 days since the last time I saw Maynard James Keenan live and in person. Tonight the drought finally ends as A Perfect Circle rocks my city! I can hardly wait for the show to start. No, it's not TOOL, but it's the next best thing. It's Maynard James Keenan man, it's gonna be awesome. I have never seen APC live. I never really saw the point since TOOL filled the need I had and they were touring regularly. I never thought APC would go out on tour again though, so when I saw that they were coming I had to score some tickets for me and the wife. Hell, who knows when the new TOOL album is going to come out. I've gotta get my Maynard James fix while I can ya' know? Did I tell you that my son is named after Maynard? No, not the Maynard part...I tried, but the wife wouldn't go for it. His middle name is James though. I did get her to agree to that since she's a big Maynard fan too and TOOL is sort of semi-responsible for saving our marriage four years ago. Anyway, I know this is rambling all over the place, but I am super psyched up and ready for the show tonight. A lot of nervous energy is flowing through my body and I just needed an outlet.
